What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
No. You cannot have more than one shipping address. But you can change your shipping address by editing it.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, click on ORDER STATUS from the menu to the left. If you know your order number, enter it and click on the View Order button. If you do not know your order number, click on the Order Summary button; all the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by mail or through telephone and they will give you further information. Click here to visit our contacts page.

As a registered customer, what are my other benefits?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount schemes and promotional pricing offers. These schemes would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you won't need to give your address on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

How can I place an order without using my credit card?

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the Account login page. Your password will be mailed to the e-mail address that you have given as part of your account information.

Availability And Shipping
All orders received by 1:00 pm are shipped the same day if items are in stock or a partial shipment will be made unless specified to ship full order. All orders are shipped via UPS ground, which takes 3-4 business days for delivery. For expedited delivery you may request UPS Red or Fedex delivery. All shipping charges are at the customer expense.

Pricing And Discounts
BioWORLD offers very low prices on all its products and services, however, prices are subject to change without notice. Special discounts are provided on standing orders or large volume orders.

Our Returns Policy
Bioworld will accept return of any goods which is damaged in transportation (if notified within 48 hours) and will accept any material if shipped in error. Prior to returning any material, please obtain return material authorization (RMA) from our customer service department. Goods purchased by customers which are not suitable for their use can be returned with restocking fee of 20% provided they are returned in original package. All credit issues shall be applied towards their future purchases from Bioworld. All laboratory services provided by Bioworld become payable upon performance of such work. Bioworld can not assure the outcome of any antibody projects, or the stability of any protein which is beyond our control. BioWORLD can not accept the return of any custom project.

Click on the Order Tracking button. If you know your order number, enter it and click on the View Order button. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is not applicable to out-of-state purchases. Sales tax is not applicable to institutions that are sales tax exempted. We need your tax exempt number on file. Sales tax shall be charged to companies located in Ohio for all purchases from BioWORLD.

Product Use
The products in this catalog are for research use only. They are not to be used for diagnostic, medicinal, or therapeutic purposes, nor are they suitable for administration on humans.

Account Terms
All accounts are due net 30 days after date of shipment. Late payments are subject to a charge of 1.5% per month.

Order Placement
Phone orders from 8:00am to 6:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Fax and Internet orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

Product Warranty
All products are warranted by bioWORLD against defects in material and workmanship. bioWORLD's liability is limited to replacement of defective items. bioWORLD will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use of items. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All trademarks are properties of respective owners.

Minimum Order
A minimum order of $50.00 (US $) is required. Orders less than this amount are subject to a $15.00 order processing charge.
